There are several significant life events that we all want to make sure we have the very best expert in their field, helping us. For example; Surgery, Home Renovations (feels like surgery sometimes) and the Buying and Selling of a home. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dawn Matesi on the last two.

My sister referred me to Dawn subsequent to having previously worked with her on the purchase of a new home for my niece. For simplicity and continuity, I was looking for a realtor that could manage both sides of the equation (there aren't many out there), was pragmatic in a professional way yet decerning and someone that would simply be fun to work with. Dawn checked the boxes on all counts and then some.

From the moment you meet her you won't forget her. Some words I've recently used to describe her to friends are dynamic, highly professional, disciplined, completely knowledgeable, very dependable, networked and respected by her peers in the industry and overall, an infectious personality.

In a nutshell, Dawn's style is to guide you through the selling and buying process, not push you through it and to make sure you clearly understand the process along the way. She quickly got to grips with what I was looking for on both the selling and buying side of things and then set about delivering potential buyers and properties. The new properties were presented to me daily on her site, as well as informally via text or email if she felt I needed to move quickly. This ultimately resulted in her finding a terrific buyer for my old home (in record time) and in finding me my forever home. All this in the span of just a few weeks.

In closing, I seriously don't believe I would have survived the selling and buying process in such a condensed timeframe if it wasn't for Dawn. She truly had my back every step of the way; attended with me in person all the major signing activities and always made sure we had some fun and a laugh along the way. So, for all this, I am forever grateful to her. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat and fully intend to pass along her contact information at every opportunity.
